Membership
Every residence within Springside, including the townhome/villa neighbourhoods, is a voting member of the Association. Townhome and villa residents are also members of their own associations and pay additional dues. Depending on the complex strata development, these dues cover items such as exterior maintenance (siding, roof), private street and parking lot maintenance, paving and plowing, mowing and landscaping, trash service, and other expenses that are unique to those complexes or that single family homeowners must pay for themselves.
